I caught up with Nicole yesterday to take a few maternity photos before she has her baby, which looks to me like it is just around the corner!!!

This will be her third baby, and a very special addition to the family.  Nic’s two boys are very excited to be finally meeting their new little baby soon.  I can’t wait to hear about the arrival….

Here is a sneek peak from the session I did with little Autumn this week.  She is almost 5 weeks old and such an alert little thing!  I managed to capture her asleep AND awake, so we could see those big blue eyes!

Found a photo of my Gigi Girl that I’d taken earlier in the year – one of the very rare moments my kids actually allow me to take their photograph!

What do they say about a mechanic and their own car?  It must be the same with photographers and photographing their own children.

Check out those eyes!  She has grown up so much, I can’t believe she is almost 18 months.

I had a pregnancy portrait session with Sam and Claudia last week.  Three year old Claudia is very excited to be meeting her new little brother in the coming weeks, but she wouldn’t tell me what his name is going to be!  I must say, for a three year old, she’s very good at keeping secrets!

I photographed Sarah last week.  She is expecting her first baby in only a couple of weeks!  Sarah was a great model for me, allowing me to try out a few different ideas that I had.  I can’t wait to photograph her little baby when it arrives – I love photographing newborns!!!  Here is a sneak peek from her session….

I met little Caitlin when she was just 6 days old.  She is the first baby for her proud parents Sandi and Charl.  Congratulations to you both on the arrival of your beautiful little girl.  Here are a few shots from your shoot.

Last Friday we braved the cold, the wind and the rain and headed out to Anglesea in the hope of catching the sun coming up at the beach.  We got into the car at 6am, met our mum-to-be and arrived at a private little spot down the coast.

It wasn’t exactly the perfect conditions for what we had in mind – the sun was hidden completely behind a blanket or clouds, but with Jonelle being such a brave soul, we managed to get some great shots!  The poor thing was so cold – I wish I knew exactly how cold it really was!

Jonelle is 35 weeks pregnant with her first baby due to be born in June.  I had the opportunity of photographing Jonelle and Nathan when they got married in 2007, and was thrilled when I was asked to do this maternity shoot.

I met 5 week old baby Eden and her brother Riley last week in Geelong.  It was lovely to see the connection between Eden and Riley – even though she is so small, she knows exactly who he is!

I met little twins Layla and Mitchel in Geelong last week as they celebrated their first birthday with their mum and dad.  They really played up to the camera, with Layla being quite the little model for me!  The twins got to sit down with a cupcake each and made a great old mess, there was icing from head to toe and crumbs everywhere – thanks for the offer Kate, but I was happy to let you and Brad clean up the mess – hope it didn’t take too long!!

I met 9 month old Riley and his mum on Friday in Geelong. 

I promised his mum that I would post a few shots from the session as a sneek peek before the gallery is ready to look at.

Riley has the most beautiful blue eyes which you can see from these shots.  We had a lovely sunny day so it meant we could go outside and get some shots out there also!

I met 2 year old Miss A and her 5 week old baby sister Miss T this week.  Miss A has the most beautiful blue eyes and snowy white hair, she wasn’t too keen on having her photo taken, but she warmed up in the end and even gave us a few laughs!

Little Miss T was such a sweet little thing, she was happy to lay back and have me photograph her and I was even given a little smile (something her mum told me was a new trick just discovered that morning!).

Henry was just 12 days old when I met him.  We was such a placid little man and a pleasure to photograph!
