The Diva Pin Up booth at the Victorian Hot Rod Show back in January was a great success! We met loads of lovely people, who we will be meeting again over the coming months as they hold their Pin Up Girl photo sessions.

We had the gorgeous Diva Girls wandering around the Exhibition Buildings in Carlton, where they were asked to pose in front of (and sometimes ON) the awesome hot rods and bikes. The Diva Girls became quite the celebrities of the event, drawing the attention of the crowds as they posed for photos.

Here are a few shots that were taken over that weekend, there will be more to follow soon once I catch up on the mountain of editing I have!

As mentioned previously, I have moved my Boudoir and Pin Up Girl photography across to a new blog/website.

I felt that it would be a good move for this side of my work to have it’s own identity, essentially keeping this style of imagery away from my more family friendly focused work!

I had a different kind of Maternity Session this week. Instead of the usual boudoir style images I usually take, Rachel wanted to do a Pin Up Girl style shoot. I think she looks fabulous! I had a bit of trouble deciding which images to show on my blog because there were so many to choose from!

Miss Minnie took part in the Pin Up Girl workshop we held over the weekend.  With those killer legs and gorgeous blue eyes, it’s hard to not make her look good!!!!

I had a fantastic boudoir photo session with a lovely lady a couple of weeks ago.  The purpose of the session was to have some intimate images taken of her, for her new husband (they’re getting married very soon).  The images will be made into a beautiful flushmount album, gift boxed and presented to her husband on their wedding day!

An album (or book) is such a lovely present, and something that will bring much enjoyment to both the bride AND groom!  I will post a shot of the album when it has been made.

I must say that the beautiful lady in these shots told me how much she loved doing the session and how it made her feel quite special.  I’m so glad she liked the results!

Did you know, it’s only 12 weeks until Christmas!?!   Scary I know, but it will be upon in a flash.

That means that it’s a great time to get all those “must have” family portraits done in time to give as lovely Christmas gifts to the grandparents!  I know it’s something that we often don’t think about until the last minute, so what a perfect time to get some presents out of the way…

I had a lovely session in the studio with Kim and Darren today.  They are celebrating their 3rd year together and decided that a great way to remember it was to have some photographs taken!  These guys are such a cute couple, so happy and in love!

We moved out of the studio towards the end of the session to get some cute outdoor shots given this beautiful Spring weather today…

I caught up with Nicole yesterday to take a few maternity photos before she has her baby, which looks to me like it is just around the corner!!!

This will be her third baby, and a very special addition to the family.  Nic’s two boys are very excited to be finally meeting their new little baby soon.  I can’t wait to hear about the arrival….

Congratulations to Sam and Brad who have welcomed little baby Xavier into the world.

Sam was the beautiful pregnant women I had the pleasure of photographing in a maternity session recently.  Lucky we had the session when we did – we may not have made it otherwise!

I had a pregnancy portrait session with Sam and Claudia last week.  Three year old Claudia is very excited to be meeting her new little brother in the coming weeks, but she wouldn’t tell me what his name is going to be!  I must say, for a three year old, she’s very good at keeping secrets!
