What an absolute honour it is to have one of my images chosen to be in the Top 20 images in The Portrait Masters Family & Group Portrait category.
This image is one that I am particularly proud of. I have a huge print of it displayed in my studio and it’s often the first thing that people see when they enter. Whilst this image (only!!! there goes that perpetual self-critic again!) received a Bronze with Distinction, it’s such an exciting thing to have it chosen to be in the Top 20. This round there were more than 4300 entries from photographers in more than 40 countries around the world!
So for this little photographer from The Basin, working in her humble suburban studio, to say I’m excited is an understatement!
